MLS Terminates Contract With Hernandez

Major League Soccer has announced the termination of Felipe Hernandez’s contract. Felipe went on administrative leave in June.

This news comes after a probe into allegations that he violated the league’s gambling policies for the second time. The first time was in 2021. Hernandez will be eligible for reinstatement on January 1, 2026 on application to the Commissioner’s office.

News came from MLS Communications.
