  2. Ownership and Usage Rights
    • All photographs provided by IONYOU Media to clients remain the property of IONYOU Media or its licensors, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
    • Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs solely for the agreed-upon purposes as outlined in the project scope or contract.
  3. Usage Restrictions
    • Clients may not use the photographs for purposes other than those explicitly agreed upon without obtaining prior written consent from IONYOU Media.
    • The photographs may not be altered, edited, or manipulated in any way that could distort the original intent or subject matter without permission from IONYOU Media.
  4. Attribution
    • Clients must credit IONYOU Media appropriately whenever the photographs are used in public or promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  5. Prohibited Uses
    • Clients may not sublicense, sell, distribute, or otherwise transfer the photographs to third parties without prior written consent from IONYOU Media.
    • The photographs may not be used in any manner that could be deemed defamatory, obscene, or illegal.
  6. Compliance
    • Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of the photographs complies with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright laws and privacy rights.
  7. Indemnification
    • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless IONYOU Media from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to the client’s use of the photographs provided by IONYOU Media.
  8. Termination of License
    • IONYOU Media reserves the right to terminate or revoke the client’s license to use the photographs if there is a breach of this policy or the terms of the agreement between the parties.
  9. Policy Review
    • This policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness and relevance. Any updates or changes will be communicated to clients in writing.

By using photographs provided by IONYOU Media, clients agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Failure to comply may result in legal action or termination of services.
